Welcome to Shiv Shakti Cultural and Education (City of Moreton Bay) Association Inc.

Proudly based in the vibrant City of Moreton Bay, our association is dedicated to celebrating Indian heritage while building bridges across communities through culture, education, spiritual engagement, creating a space for guidance, nurture and inspiration in spiritual beliefs, practises and shared values.

The Shiv Shakti Cultural and Education (City of Moreton Bay) Association Inc. is a Queensland-based incorporated association dedicated to promoting Indian culture and fostering multicultural engagement within Australia.

Purpose and Objectives

Primary Goal: To celebrate and promote Indian language, literature, music, performing arts, craft, and design.

Cultural Exchange: Encourages cross-cultural understanding and engagement with the broader Australian community.

Spiritual Education: Preserves Hindu traditions and promotes its core pillars-honest sacrifice, forgiveness, and charity.

Community Support: Raises funds and provides charitable donations during crises or worthy causes.

Governance and Structure

Managed by a committee including President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, and other elected members.

Only foundation and life members can serve on the management committee.

Patrons may be appointed for life based on their contributions to Hindu culture and community service.

To promote and preserve Indian culture, spirituality, and learning within a vibrant community, in alignment with the inclusive values of Australia’s multicultural society.
